The affordable housing lottery has launched for 120 East 144th Street, a 13-story residential building in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by S. Wieder Architect PC and developed by Beitel Group, the structure yields 450 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 86 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,852 to $134,160.
Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including a rooftop terrace, fitness center, dog run, a pet spa, yoga studio, business center, party room, children’s playroom, courtyard, lobby lounge, a 24-hour doorman, and an attended parking garage. Amenity fees waived for the first year.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,852 for incomes ranging from $67,852 to $99,440; 59 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,974 for incomes ranging from $72,686 to $111,840; and 24 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,351 for incomes ranging from $87,326 to $134,160.
