Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2290 Aqueduct Avenue East in University Heights, The Bronx. Located between North Street and Evelyn Place, the lot is near the 183rd Street subway station, served by the 4 train. Frank Lumaj of Paramount Homes Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 58-foot-tall development will yield 14,567 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 728 square feet. The masonry-based structure will not have any accessory parking.
Jakov Saric of Node Architecture, Engineering, Consulting PC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed earlier this month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
