Located between Boston Road and Laconia Avenue, the lot is closest to the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 5 train. Etai Vardi of Blackstone Real Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,002 square feet designated for residential space.
